Otilia Panait, (pronounced: O tee lee ah Pan ate) founder and president of Tuscany 34, was formally educated in the hospitality business in Italy, Germany, France and Romania. Otilia has received her BA in Bucharest, Romania and later she studied for her Master Degree in Florence, Italy.
Otilia Panait established Tuscany34 to share her knowledge of European high quality service, culinary history, and overall embodiment of service within wellness, enjoyment and quality.
Otilia's passion for honing her hospitality expertise was the impetus for her moving to the United States. She immediately found clients in New York City, as a consultant to high-end restaurants and elegant venues in Manhattan. While consulting in New York City, her expertise was requested in North Miami, where she worked with a major hotel chain.
In taking up a project Otilia utilizes her 17 years of professional, international experience, to optimize every client's result.
Owning and operating elegant restaurants and Chic' lounges in Europe has given her exceptional capabilities and unique expertise in managing and organizing difficult projects.
Otilia's enthusiasm and passion for the arts and architecture drives her spirit while continuing to study elegance, comfort, and wellness.
